Italian mini hog roast "Porchetta"
showcasing an Italian speciality.
With over 20 years of experience and our traditional seasoning along with our slow roasting methods, we are able to deliver one of the most succulent and flavoursome pork dishes.
We can come to you and serve this dish accompanied by some baby herb roast potatoes, seasonal salad or vegetables served in or along side a bread of your choice.
Alternatively we can deliver your “mini hog roast” to your door/event ready to be served, for your special occasion.
The mini hog roast also known in Italy as Porchetta, a slow roasted joint seasoned with a combination of authentic herbs and spices, is a great alternative for parties of 30 and under, but if requested, larger numbers can also be catered for.
Vegetarian options are available upon request.
